Technical Services Team Leader (all genders) in the Netherlands

• Ability to provide clear and structured updates to management through regular reporting on both quantitative and qualitative team results;
• Analytical ability to assess current work processes, identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and successfully implement them;
• Leadership experience in coaching, developing, and evaluating team members to foster a high-performance culture.

Employment conditions:

• Salary between €3,900 and €5,250 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and suitability for the role;
• A working week of 32 to 38 hours, 5% end-of-year bonus, 10% company bonus, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme;
• A train pass and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way);
• 200 hours of leave per year, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 extra hours;

Job Description:
The following activities are part of your responsibilities:

• Developing an annual plan and budget for the team based on the site's maintenance strategy, and ensuring approval;
• Supervising the execution of the annual plan, monitoring progress, and adjusting where necessary;
• Allocating and managing technical services resources (materials, personnel, equipment) for various tasks and projects;
• Monitoring and reporting on SLAs and KPIs;
• Regularly reporting to management on the team's progress, both quantitatively and qualitatively;
• Analyzing work processes, identifying bottlenecks, proposing improvements, and implementing them after approval;
• Leading, coaching, developing, and evaluating team members.

For our cheese factory in Steenderen, we are looking for a committed and result-oriented Technical Services Team Leader. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, breakdown technicians, and maintenance planners, ensuring that our production lines continue to run smoothly. With your technical insight and leadership, you will monitor the progress of the annual plan and work closely with the Maintenance Manager.
