1e Operator Packaging (all genders) in Zwolle

As a First Operator, you are an important link within our production organization. You are responsible for executing, monitoring, and improving production and packaging processes. In doing so, you maintain continuous focus on safety, quality, and yield. You support operators on the shop floor, assist in solving operational issues, and ensure that activities are carried out according to the applicable procedures. Thanks to your insight, you know how to quickly identify disruptions and implement appropriate solutions. Additionally, you perform quality controls, ensure correct administrative recording, and actively contribute to improvement initiatives. In the absence of the team leader, you take over operational tasks and ensure that the team continues to function optimally.

In this role, you work closely with colleagues from production, quality, and technical services. Through your commitment, you make a direct contribution to the production of high-quality infant formula for international markets.

Since 2020, Dutch Nutrition in Zwolle has been part of FrieslandCampina. In this modern production location, we produce high-quality infant formula for customers all over the world. As a 1st operator, you ensure that our production processes run safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards. You combine technical knowledge with operational leadership and support colleagues in achieving collective goals. You will receive a lot of responsibility, a wide range of tasks, and plenty of room to propose improvements. Together, we ensure that millions of consumers can rely on safe and high-quality food.

• Mbo 3 work and thinking level, preferably in food technology or a similar field;
• Knowledge of administrative systems such as SAP and MES;
• Experience with process control and automated production processes;
• Experience with the operational management and guidance of colleagues within a production environment;Experience with monitoring and optimizing production processes;
• Willingness to work in two-shift service.

Employment conditions

• Salary between €3,658.75 and €4,557.90 gross per month (full-time), including a shift allowance of 12.7%, depending on experience and suitability for the role;
• A 36-hour work week, 5% end-of-year bonus, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme;
• 200 hours of leave per year, with the possibility to buy or sell up to 40 extra hours;
