Receptionist (All Genders) in the Netherlands

• Responsible for a hospitable reception of both visitors and colleagues;
• Management of the creation and collection of visitor badges;
• Managing complex calendars and meeting schedules for the management team incl. last-minute changes;
• Organizing company events and activities from concept to execution;
• Processing of administrative and financial processes in Coupa and Candex;
• Acting as a point of contact for facility matters, suppliers, and visitors;

As a receptionist, you provide support to the plant manager and his management team. An important task is handling all communication, and additionally, you are responsible for the creation and collection of visitor badges, welcoming visitors and colleagues hospitably, and calendar management.

• MBO+ working and thinking level;
• Available for 32 hours per week;
• Flexible availability during the holiday period;
• Proficient with MS Office;
• Fluent in both Dutch and English;

• A salary between €2,889.63 and €3,204.49;
• A year-end bonus of 4% and 8% holiday allowance;
• A working week of 32 hours;
• 180 hours of leave per year on a full-time basis;
