As a Packaging Operator at Olenex, you will work in a 2-shift service (morning and afternoon shifts) within a brand-new plant, where quality, safety, and collaboration are central. What are your responsibilities?

• Starting up, setting up, operating, and controlling the packaging lines.

• Converting machines and supplying raw materials using the forklift.

• Performing start and end checks for quality and efficiency.

• Performing laboratory analyses and assessing product samples.

• Blocking products when standards are not met.

• Monitoring quality parameters during the process.

• Troubleshooting malfunctions and performing simple repairs.

• Safely shutting down systems in case of risks.

• Identifying technical deviations and escalating if necessary.

• Loading and unloading trucks using the forklift.

• Storing, scanning, and correctly distributing pallets and IBCs in the warehouse.

• Preparing CMR waybills and monitoring the Arox WMS.

• Collaborating closely with colleagues and departments such as Planning and Laboratory.

• Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized working environment.

• Contributing to improvements in work instructions and clear shift handovers.

What does your profile look like?
For this position, we are looking for enthusiastic colleagues with experience in, and an affinity for, technology. Furthermore, you have:

• VMBO/MBO working and thinking level. Vapro A is a plus;

• Demonstrable affinity with technology, for example through education or work experience.

• Traits such as team-oriented, flexible, responsible, and driven.

• An eye for quality and safety;

• A forklift certificate or the willingness to obtain one through us.
