Daily Production Specialist (all genders)

• HBO level of working and thinking;
• 5 years of work experience within a complex production environment, preferably as a technologist, team leader, or production leader;
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to switch effectively between teams. You combine analytical ability with a pragmatic approach;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and a good command of the English language;

• The position is classified in Hay scale 15 (€3,903.18 - €5,575.96);

As a Daily Production Specialist, you ensure that matters spanning across shifts run smoothly. You deal with the preparation and coordination of more complex or extensive production activities and tackle structural or recurring issues within the department. Where necessary, you do this together with a team to bring them to a successful conclusion.

In addition, you take the lead in tackling, completing, and securing improvements within the department. You bring colleagues on the shop floor and other teams up to speed on the state of affairs, so that solutions can be worked towards collectively.

In short, you bring together actions from different departments and contribute to the smooth running and improvement of the packaging department.

At FrieslandCampina in Veghel, about 500 employees share the passion to get the most out of milk. Milk is, after all, full of nutrients and active substances that can be used as ingredients for existing products. Through a fully automated process, we extract fats and proteins from the raw milk and cheese whey that enters here daily. These nutritious and functional ingredients are then used again in, for example, sports and baby food, paracetamol, tompouces, milkshakes, and oral hygiene products. We do not do this without success, because nowadays one in seven people worldwide comes into contact daily with products containing ingredients from our factory in Veghel.
