The role

As a Customer Service Officer Retail, you are the link between the supermarkets, their distribution centers, the sales team, and our Supply Chain in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. You are responsible for the (digital) order flow and its assurance. You process complaints, returns, and backorders efficiently and keep a close eye on progress. Do you see a bottleneck in the order process? Then you solve it proactively.

What you bring

You have good communication skills and are strong in maintaining relationships. You are known for your accurate way of working and you enjoy keeping multiple balls in the air at once.

Furthermore, you bring:

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus, but your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are at least as important.
Proficiency in the German and/or French language is a plus.
