• HBO education, preferably Business Administration, Industrial & Organizational Psychology or HR
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter or as a Recruitment Consultant at a staffing agency
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven approach within talent acquisition
• Result-oriented and entrepreneurial
• Demonstrable experience with the use of social media and flexibility in deploying it to optimize sourcing strategies
• Team player, focused on continuous improvement, flexible and naturally curious
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Employment conditions

• Salary between €3,250 and €4,400 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and suitability for the role;
• A work week of 32 to 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 10% company bonus, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme;
• Hybrid working with flexible working hours, a train pass and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way);
• 200 hours of leave per year, with the option to buy or sell up to 40 extra hours;

As a Corporate Recruiter, you play an essential role in driving the growth of FrieslandCampina with exceptional talent. As a professional, you represent the interests of our future colleagues and act as a talent advisor to Hiring Managers and People Advisors. You focus specifically on production, logistics, and technical employees and build (personal) online visibility within this target group.

In this role, you work directly and proactively with the Hiring Managers and People Advisors of FrieslandCampina on vacancies and talent projects within your area of work. You are responsible for searching, interviewing, assessing, and ultimately hiring candidates. The focus lies on finding the right internal and/or external candidates and on efficiently guiding the selection and recruitment process.

This position requires a good balance between creativity and decisiveness, combined with strong interpersonal skills and analytical ability. You have shown that you can contribute consistently and positively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, maintaining a good overview of multiple tasks and responsibilities and knowing how to organize your time efficiently.

As a Corporate Recruiter at FrieslandCampina, you help our production locations find new colleagues. You manage the recruitment for operational roles (CAO scales 1 through 5). You are responsible from the first conversation with the hiring manager to the offer. You write vacancy texts, actively search for candidates, and keep them informed. Through our dashboard, you can see which approach works and where you can adjust.
You primarily work for our locations in Borculo, Lochem, Steenderen, Beilen, and Meppel. You manage your own portfolio of vacancies and can brainstorm with more than 20 colleagues within the Talent Acquisition Netherlands team!
