• Minimum MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.

As Resource Planner, you are responsible for directing, monitoring, and optimizing personnel deployment within assembly for both new construction and service. You don't just plan; you look proactively ahead.

• Planning & Direction: You draw up the manpower planning for the short and medium term. You schedule service jobs and new construction projects and prioritize tasks based on urgency, capacity, and competencies.
• Signaling & Solution: You proactively signal bottlenecks, over- or under-capacity, and lead times. You make immediate improvement proposals and escalate structural deviations to the Head of Production in a timely manner.
• Resource Management: In addition to the deployment of colleagues, you manage and optimize the use of company cars, toolboxes, and containers.
• Communication: You are the central point of contact for planning and actively coordinate with foremen, project managers, and service coordinators.

You possess strong communication skills and have a powerful, determined presence. You can distinguish between main and secondary issues and independently investigate information from various angles to resolve planning conflicts.
