Are you a technically minded professional who enjoys ensuring that buildings and installations function optimally? As a Facility Technician at JLL, you play a crucial role in managing and maintaining buildings, grounds, and installations, so that they optimally support our clients' primary processes.

• You perform operating activities on assets (including BMI) during planned maintenance and during faults
• You perform planned maintenance, such as inspection rounds with a signaling role as site responsible (area owner) regarding the visual condition of assets
• You inspect and test installations and administer findings, which you feed back to Planning & Control
• You resolve minor faults (RM) directly or analyze reports and convert them into follow-up actions with suppliers
• You specify necessary materials and services for planned corrective work orders
• You inform the client organization and internal departments in a timely manner about faults and act accurately in case of emergencies
• You monitor the building management system (BMS) and respond adequately to (fault) reports
• You coordinate, supervise, and take over maintenance activities performed by suppliers, both planned and unplanned
• You conduct operational consultations with suppliers (at the request of TTS/ME)
• You provide direction to the activities of the Technical Assistant
• You provide information and perform operating activities for the benefit of projects
• You keep administrative procedures up to date in automated systems (status updates, logs, asset numbers, time registration)
• You prepare, issue, and monitor work permits
• You provide missing or changed asset information to P&C
• You monitor and oversee compliance with procedures and laws and regulations
• You identify and report on technical improvements for daily management and maintenance
• You provide information about bottlenecks and changed usage and propose solutions (input for risk register)
• You stay up-to-date by following assigned Compliance-wire and Summit training
• You attend the mandatory number of toolbox talks
