Shaping your future together with us? | About your application process
For this vacancy, we ask you to upload a motivation letter in addition to your CV. This gives you the chance to show us your drivers, motivation, and personality. At EY, we support the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, as long as your own tone and unique personality remain visible.
Our first contact: after your application, our recruiter will call you within two working days for a short introduction. We will briefly explore whether the position would suit you.
- The first interview: we ask you to complete an online assessment beforehand. Not a standard questionnaire, but a game-based one that looks at both your cognitive skills and your behavioral preferences. During the interview, we will discuss the results together, and a colleague from the relevant department will also be present. During this mutual introduction, we would love to get to know you, and you will have the opportunity to ask your questions as well.
- The second interview: If we see a match after the first interview and you are still enthusiastic, a second introduction will follow. In this interview, we will go deeper into the role and other relevant themes, and sometimes a business case component is part of the procedure. It may be that a final interview takes place.
- We are a match. You will receive an offer from us and we will conduct a pre-employment screening. After that, your new challenge begins. Welcome to EY!
Research shows that women are less likely to apply when they do not meet all the criteria. Please feel free to apply, even if you do not meet everything.
