A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
Salary between €3,539.00 and €4,500.00 per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience.

The role

You ensure that our customers experience the best service every day. As Customer Service Team Leader, you lead the customer service team and support colleagues in their daily work. You are visibly present, drive quality, and help your team grow both as professionals and as individuals. No micro-management, but true people management: you coach, connect, and create a safe working atmosphere in which everyone can participate.

In this role, you work on operational and tactical challenges. You ensure that processes run smoothly, monitor the schedule, resolve bottlenecks, and work on improvements that have a direct effect on short- and long-term service delivery. You are part of a dedicated group of team leaders in which you brainstorm together about workload distribution, customer inquiries, process improvements, and team development. You are given the space to run your "customer service shop" well and, together with colleagues, build a strong and stable department.
