Tram conductor / Public transport supervisor metro training

• As a conductor / Public transport Supervisor you receive a suitable salary of €15.62 euro per hour (excluding allowances) and receive a ‘special hours allowance’ (including Sunday and public holiday, evening, and night allowances)
• You receive a nice travel allowance
• Your contract comprises 32 or 34 hours per week (128 or 136 hours per 4 weeks)
• If you want to work more hours, this is also possible

As a Tram conductor / Public transport Supervisor, service is central to you. You welcome passengers, check travel documents, and help where necessary. You have an open attitude, make contact easily, and remain calm and decisive – even in challenging situations. Thanks to your presence, everyone feels safe on board.

For example, you start at Central Station, discuss the route with colleagues and the driver, and set off together. You greet passengers, assist with boarding, check tickets, and answer questions. Meanwhile, you work together with, among others, enforcement officers (BOAs) and ensure a safe, pleasant journey. No two days are the same – and it is precisely that variety that makes the work so much fun.

At Securitas, we invest in your future. You will receive intensive guidance and the opportunity to develop further, for example, with a free MBO2 training to become a security officer. Career progression is also possible to roles such as planner, mentor, or field supervisor. Together, we create a personal development plan.

• As a conductor, you are flexibly deployable. Your working hours are irregular (between 08:00 and 02:45 am, all days of the week, including public holidays and holiday periods)
• You are deployable in the Rotterdam region, everywhere the tram or metro runs!
• You work independently, but are part of a strong team with plenty of support
• You have a lot of freedom and responsibility in a dynamic working environment

A diploma is not required; your motivation, flexibility, and willingness to follow training are all the more important.

• A certificate of good conduct (VOG) after hiring

• 3 weeks of training and subsequently obtaining BHV (Emergency Response) in 2 days.
