Production Worker Sample Reception & Registration

You ensure that our samples are correctly received, registered, and processed. In this role, you work with a wide variety of products and systems, meaning no two days are the same. You maintain an overview when many things are happening at once, work accurately, and immediately see the effect of your work on the quality of our services. You are the link between reception, the laboratory, and partner labs, thereby making an important contribution to food safety in the Netherlands.

• You ensure that samples are correctly registered, so that analyses can be carried out reliably.
• You work with a large variation of food products, raw materials, and imported products from, among other places, port areas.
• You get space to think along about process improvements and innovation. 

Samples arrive daily at the Sample Reception & Registration department to be tested for food safety. As a Production Worker Sample Reception & Registration, you are responsible for receiving, checking, registering, sorting, and prioritizing these products.

You check whether the delivered product matches the order. Does it not match? Then you proactively contact the customer to find out what the intention is. In this way, you prevent errors in the subsequent process and ensure that the laboratory knows exactly which analyses must be performed.

You work with various systems and codes to ensure that each sample is processed in the correct manner. This requires accuracy, an overview, and a structured way of working.

• A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent employment contract (32–40 hours). 
• Salary between €2,650.00 and €3,000.00 gross per month based on 40 hours depending on knowledge and experience.
