What we're looking for

You are a technical talent capable of solving the most diverse problems. You know how electric cars work. You possess all the necessary knowledge and skills and apply them in practice. Even in exceptional situations and special cases, you know how to solve things well. You have more than 3 years of experience in the mobility industry in a technical role, of which more than 1 year of experience as a first-class automotive technician, possibly even with leadership experience, is preferred. You are familiar with the daily operations and processes of an Aftersales workshop and reception. You have a proactive and pragmatic attitude and are result-oriented. You see it as a challenge to further professionalize the Rotterdam location in terms of quality and the brand's image towards our customers.

Your enthusiasm to bring the team and the location to a top level;
A completed education as a 1st class automotive mechanic;
APK (MOT) certification;
Broad knowledge of automotive technology and expertise in performing diagnoses;
Experience and affinity with electric vehicles and software.

The role

You will also help in the further expansion of the workshop, and in the coming period, you will support a team of technicians who ensure that the XPENG models (P7, G6, and G9) remain in perfect condition. You are an example for the XPENG brand in service orientation, professionalism, and technical knowledge. In this role, you act as one of the 'specialists' of the location. You have a pragmatic mindset regarding the brand's launch and hold a key position to further strengthen the success of the brand.

What you'll do

You will be trained and develop yourself into a technical specialist for the XPENG brand. You will learn the technology, share your knowledge within the team, prepare new vehicles for delivery to the customer, perform diagnoses and provide solutions, and carry out maintenance and repairs. With your knowledge, skill, and passion for cars, you will ensure that the Rotterdam location becomes a center of expertise for the brand. Furthermore, we can count on you for:

Providing support in difficult and complex situations, also for other locations;
Performing (specialist) diagnostic work, repairs, and maintenance;
Technically preparing new vehicles and installing accessories.
