Finance Assistant

Are you an experienced financial professional who can manage administration independently and accurately? Do you get energy from numbers, managing accounting processes, and preparing financial statements and monthly reports? Then we are looking for you!

As a financial employee, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for maintaining the full accounting for several subsidiaries of Emil Frey Nederland. You are the stable factor that ensures flawless processing of purchase and sales administration, general ledger mutations, and month-end closings.

• Independently processing, registering, and posting purchase invoices;
• checking, correcting, and preparing sales orders and sales invoices;
• general ledger management, including journal entries and the preparation of the corresponding specifications;
• payment transactions;
• preparing month-end closings, preparing monthly and quarterly reports, and assisting in the preparation of annual figures;
• preparing VAT returns.

You are an experienced and independent financial professional who can manage full administration effortlessly. Accuracy, reliability, and an eye for detail characterize your way of working. You also remain structured and maintain an overview under pressure. You communicate clearly, interact easily with colleagues and external parties, and think along from the perspective of the internal customer. You work systematically/methodically and feel responsible for a stable financial foundation.
