Key Account Manager

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales.

• Commercially minded, that is paramount. Do you come from new business or hunting and want to make the step to account management? Then that fits well too.

• Proven experience in growing or renewing contracts with enterprise customers.

• You enjoy working without a fixed portfolio and switch easily between accounts and priorities.

• Driven, proactive, and able to work independently. You take ownership and follow things through to completion.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or another tech-driven environment (it is a plus if you already have knowledge of HR, Finance/Payroll, or Workforce Management).

• Fluent in Dutch and good in English. Any other language is a plus.

• Willing to visit customers when it helps move a deal forward.

• You renew and expand contracts with existing (enterprise) customers and move them to higher packages.

• You spot upsell opportunities throughout the entire customer base and execute them.

• You keep churn low and customer satisfaction high, and intervene before a problem becomes a lost deal.

• You are the owner of the deal, from spotting the opportunity to the signature. You only leave a customer once you have sold something.

This is what you will do
You will not have a fixed portfolio. Instead, you have free rein across our entire customer base and you determine for yourself where the greatest opportunities lie. Your focus is commercial: renewals, upsells to higher packages, and expanding contracts with customers who are already convinced of Dyflexis but have not yet seen the full picture. You are the one we put forward to customers, so you arrive prepared and organized and stay on top of the account.
