The role

Don't know exactly which direction you want to go yet? Then you are in the right place. Maybe you have just finished your studies, or you stopped halfway through because it didn't suit you. Maybe you have already worked for a few years in hospitality or customer contact and are looking for a next step. With us, it doesn't matter. What counts is how you think and how you take initiative.

Support is the fastest way to get to know a tech company from the inside. You see how software works, what customers need, and where things can be improved. You can also grow within support here. You will become an expert in our product, take on more responsibility, and help build how we make support smarter with AI and our knowledge base. The more you take on, the larger your role becomes.

With our workforce management software, millions of employees worldwide plan their work, from the local baker to international hotel and retail chains. We are growing fast, in more than 20 countries. We work quickly and keep lines short, without unnecessary meetings and without politics. You say what you think, take initiative, and work with people who do the same.

What you'll do

You are the first point of contact for our customers, via telephone and tickets. Sometimes you solve a question in two minutes, sometimes you really dive into the depths.

  • You help customers further in a clear and friendly manner.

  • You investigate what is wrong, even if the customer cannot explain it well themselves.

  • You share what you hear with the team and with product development.

  • You help build our knowledge base and deploy AI more intelligently within support.

  • You work together in a growing, increasingly international team.
