This is what you will do
As Senior Finance Administrator, you run the full financial administration, from invoice to annual accounts. You independently close the month, the quarter, and the year. You work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and the management team, translate financial issues into clear agreements, and constantly look for where manual work can be eliminated.

• You perform the full financial administration and independently handle the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, including reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.

• You hold ultimate responsibility for invoicing and accounts receivable, correctly process subscription revenue (deferred revenue), and provide input for reports and SaaS KPIs such as MRR, ARR, and DSO.

• You handle VAT returns (including ICP), monitor fiscal compliance, and prepare the annual accounts.

• You improve and automate processes between Dyflexis, Salesforce, and Twinfield, so that our data is always reliable, complete, and quickly available.

• You monitor internal controls such as authorizations, the four-eyes principle, and payment rounds, and signal risks before they become a problem.
