The salary for this position is between €4,291.63 and €6,256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.
On top of the salary, there is a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).

The role

Organizing, planning, controlling, and leading. Welcome to the world of civil works supervisor at Dura Vermeer! You will execute multiple civil engineering projects and are responsible for the daily course of affairs on the project.

What you'll do

No two days are the same as a civil works supervisor. An unexpected situation always arises for which a workable solution must be devised. You are responsible for the execution of beautiful civil engineering projects. Whether you are just starting out or already possess a wealth of knowledge and experience: you are a supervisor at heart. Leading, coordinating, organizing, and planning: as a civil works supervisor, you are responsible for the execution of one or more civil engineering projects. You hold the daily leadership in this and you coordinate partners, subcontractors, and sub-contractors. You are responsible for materials, equipment, but also your personnel.

You contribute ideas in the preparation of projects and create a realistic schedule in which you stay within the set time and budget. Safety is a top priority at Dura Vermeer. You ensure appropriate safety aspects so that everyone can perform the work safely.
