Infrastructure Project Coordinator in 's-Hertogenbosch

• The salary for this position is between €4,291.63 and €6,256.72 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.  

• On top of the salary, there is a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement).  

• With a view to a long-term relationship, we offer you a permanent contract immediately.  

• 43 leave days according to the Bouw & Infra collective labor agreement. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;  

• A laptop and a smartphone.

Those are exactly the things that will make you happy. For example, in Tilburg, we are working on Parkring West, the renewal of the Tilburg city center. A dynamic project where many aspects, such as cables & pipelines, asphalt, greenery, and mobility, come together.

In your role, you provide a strong foundation for our projects. You prepare work budgets and project schedules, translate client requests into technical solutions, and independently organize design sessions to achieve the best approach. You also contribute integratedly with (sub)contractors and handle procurement. During execution, you remain involved in the project. You have a lot of contact with the site manager and ensure that changes, additional work, and deductions, as well as costs, are properly tracked.

You work on multiple projects simultaneously and receive plenty of room to contribute your ideas. At Dura Vermeer, we value collaboration and knowledge sharing: As a project coordinator, you participate in the project coordinators' meeting. Here, we share experiences, discuss projects, and learn from each other. You also have regular contact with your manager regarding your development and progress.
