• HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level

• extensive experience within Site Setup. You know this profession inside and out

• experience with large construction, infra, or utility projects

• The salary for this position is between €5,205 and €6,508 gross per 4 weeks (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

You have set up construction sites yourself. You know what is required to make a project run safely, efficiently, and practically. You know the technology, the logistics, and the challenges of the profession. Or you already have leadership experience in electrical engineering or in construction.

Now you are ready for the next step.

As Manager Site Setup, you lead a team of specialists, but you primarily remain substantively involved. You are the technical expert, you think along on complex projects, and you ensure that the team continues to develop. Not from the sidelines, but right in the middle of the practice.

You are responsible for the Site Setup department within Dura Vermeer Materieel.

Together with your team, you ensure that our construction sites throughout the Netherlands are set up optimally. From temporary power supplies and site offices to the complete logistical setup of large projects.

You are not someone who only consults and directs. It is precisely your technical knowledge that makes the difference. You think along with complex issues, support colleagues when necessary, and monitor the quality of the work.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• leading the Site Setup team;

• coaching, developing, and growing your colleagues;

• providing substantive support for complex technical issues;

• thinking along about the site setup of large and challenging projects;

• monitoring quality, safety, planning, and budget;

• further professionalizing the department and the work processes;

• maintaining contacts with project teams, suppliers, and internal clients;

• identifying innovations and improvements within the field.
