• The salary for this position is between €2,800 and €3,500 gross per 4 weeks (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

New materials and parts arrive at our site daily. It is your task to ensure that everything delivered is truly correct. You check the deliveries, keep track of what comes in, and communicate frequently with suppliers, buyers, and colleagues from various departments.

And the fun part? We are fully engaged in organizing our logistical process to be smarter and better. So, if you have ideas on how things can be easier, clearer, or more efficient, we would love to hear them!

As a Warehouse Manager, you are the one who maintains an overview of everything arriving at our site in Haaften. Goods receipt also falls under your responsibility. You receive suppliers, check the delivered materials, and verify whether everything matches what was ordered. Are the quantities correct? Have the right parts been delivered? And is everything complete? You notice immediately if something is incorrect and ensure that this is resolved.

• You receive and check goods and materials delivered by our suppliers.

• You check whether deliveries match the orders and packing slips.

• You register the incoming goods and ensure correct administrative processing.

• You identify missing or incorrect deliveries and investigate what is happening.

• You have a lot of contact with suppliers, buyers, and colleagues from various departments.

• You maintain an overview of what has been ordered, what has already arrived, and what still needs to be delivered.

• You think along about how we can organize our warehouse and goods reception more smartly.

And if there are no deliveries coming in for a moment? Then you certainly won't be sitting idle! You investigate which orders are still outstanding, coordinate with our buyers, and ensure we maintain control over what still needs to arrive.

Additionally, we are working on further improving our warehouse management. We want to organize our goods reception more centrally and, in the future, also be able to supply our other warehouses from Haaften. How exactly we are going to do that? You are welcome to think along about it!
