Integration Manager

• A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in a technical field;  

• Experience with integral (infrastructural) projects and system-oriented working;  

• Strong analytical ability and able to make connections between disciplines;  

• Experience with stakeholder management and operating in complex environments;  

• Experience with or knowledge of systems engineering and test methodologies such as the V-model and  

• The salary for this position is between €7,610 and €9,512 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience;

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra);

• 43 leave days according to the Cao Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

Then the role of Integration Manager at Dura Vermeer Infra Landelijke Projecten is for you.

As Integration Manager, you are responsible for the strategic management, decision-making, and ensuring of cohesion within complex projects. You ensure that system analyses, system architecture, interfaces, and delivery come together into one working and demonstrable system.

You operate at the intersection of technology and management and play a key role in both tender and project phases, according to the V-model. In doing so, you manage for integrality: from the 'happy flow' to the 'unhappy flow', so that systems not only work under ideal conditions, but are also robust during deviations.

Your duties include:

• Performing and managing integral system analysis and drafting guiding documents, incl. the translation into requirements for subsystems.

• Shaping and communicating system architecture as a basis for design and realization

• Setting up and ensuring test management and validation of the system in the design and preparation phase of a project

• Organizing coordination regarding the functioning of the project with internal and external stakeholders and any other side projects

• Ensuring quality and integral themes such as RAMS, EMC, and cybersecurity

• Organizing a controlled delivery and commissioning, including test and training plans

You ensure that projects demonstrably meet requirements in terms of time, money, quality, and functionality. In doing so, you make complex projects manageable and predictable.

Additionally, you actively build your position within projects and the organization, based on substantive authority and your personal profile.

As Integration Manager, you work on leading and technically challenging projects within Dura Vermeer Infra Landelijke Projecten. You get the chance to work on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects ranging from 25 million to well over 100 million euros. Think of projects such as the baggage cellar at Schiphol, water treatment plants, and substations of TenneT.

You are part of a multidisciplinary team in which collaboration is central. You work intensively with design managers, project leaders, technical managers, and external stakeholders.
