Your job
As Senior Site Supervisor 1, you are responsible for the execution of overhead line projects throughout the Netherlands. Think of the renewal of the sidings area in Eindhoven, the work for the High-Frequency Rail Transport Programme in Nijmegen, or the track renewal in Tilburg. You are part of the Overhead Lines and Power Supply department. This department handles the construction, renewal and connections of overhead lines and power supplies in rail projects. Dura Vermeer Railinfra is growing fast. That's why we're looking for you to strengthen the team. In this role, together with your colleagues, you arrange the organisation and supervision of the work, from the preliminary phase through to execution. You are able to operate independently and take responsibility for the smooth progress of the project. You are already involved in the tender phase and contribute ideas on working methods, phasing, equipment and safety.

Your work in short:

• You lead the execution team on quality, safety, and progress.

• You monitor the budget and the planning and intervene in time if things need to change.

• You bear ultimate responsibility for all GROTIK aspects within the execution of a project

• You ensure clear collaboration with project management, coordination, and subcontractors.

• You coach your team, stimulate development, and in doing so, safeguard strategic goals, safety, quality, and sustainability..

• You have an eye for risks as well as for opportunities within the execution.
