DutchTecSource (DTS) has been developing and building innovative machines for the food processing industry for more than 25 years. From our workshop in Beusichem, we realize custom solutions that are deployed worldwide. From raw stainless steel material to a fully operational machine: at DTS, we build installations completely in-house from start to finish.
There is a high probability that products you encounter daily in the supermarket have been processed using our machines. Because of this, DTS has had an established name in the international food processing industry for years.
The demand for our machines is growing worldwide, which is why we are looking for new colleagues who want to build the future of machine manufacturing together with us.
Are you looking for a challenging and varied internship within mechanical engineering? At DTS, you get the chance to truly work on innovative machines that are used worldwide in the food processing industry.
Whether you are following a course in Metalworking, Construction, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or Mechatronics; at DTS, we will look together at where your interests and talents lie. You will participate fully within the team and will be given the space to develop yourself under the guidance of experienced professionals.
You will work on real projects and see how a machine comes to life: from design and sheet metal processing to assembly, finishing, and testing. Not repetitive work, but unique custom solutions that you can contribute to with pride.
Depending on your studies and internship assignment, you can work on things such as:
Collaborating on the design and development of machines
Supporting technical drawings and engineering
Processing stainless steel parts and sheet material
Helping with the assembly and mounting of machines
Thinking along about technical improvements and smart solutions
Working with modern machines and tools
Learning to work according to technical drawings and quality requirements
Collaborating with colleagues from engineering, production, and assembly
You are someone who:
Following an mbo or hbo education in the direction of Metalworking, Construction, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or Mechatronics. (Is your study not listed here? Do not be afraid to apply anyway!)
Has an interest in technology and mechanical engineering
Likes to roll up their sleeves
Is curious and eager to learn
Works accurately and has an eye for quality
An internship allowance
An educational internship within an innovative mechanical engineering company
Good guidance from experienced colleagues
The possibility to work on international projects
Plenty of space to develop yourself and gain practical experience
Working with modern machines and techniques
A friendly team of approximately 50 colleagues
Friday afternoons off
Regular fun activities such as fries with colleagues, BBQs, and staff outings
At DTS, you do not work on serial production, but instead build unique machines for the largest food producers in the world together with colleagues in our workshop. From raw stainless steel to a complete installation: you see your work come to life from start to finish and ultimately be deployed worldwide in future-oriented food production globally.
