In this role, you are the connecting link between our customers, suppliers, the warehouse, and transport partners. You ensure that logistical agreements are followed and that goods arrive at the right place at the right time: you contribute to making this happen.

How do you do this? Within our Oil & Gas department, we work for customers where logistics must not experience any delays. Parts and materials must be available on time, and therefore a well-organized process is important. You maintain contact with various parties, monitor the progress of shipments, and intervene when something is not running as planned. As a Logistics Coordinator, you ensure that everything behind the scenes is well arranged. You achieve this by:

• processing and following up on customer orders and checking logistical data in our system;
• maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and carriers;
• coordinating with the warehouse regarding incoming and outgoing goods;
• preparing and checking transport documentation;
• monitoring deliveries and informing customers about the status;
• resolving discrepancies, delays, or missing information.
