• HBO or WO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of logistics, business administration, or a similar field of study;
• experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the transport or logistics sector;
• experience with analyzing data and developing management reports, preferably with Power BI and Excel;
• the ability to translate data into clear insights, concrete improvement proposals, and actionable management information;
• a proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, and ownership to take on improvement initiatives independently.

Translate financial data into strategic insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our transport organization. In this role, you combine data analysis, stakeholder management, and process optimization to achieve sustainable impact.

Within the Transport Solutions department, you operate at the intersection of finance, operations, and data. With your analyses and advice, you support management in data-driven decision-making and contribute to the continuous optimization of processes and performance: you work on it.

How do you do this? As a business analyst, you translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights that contribute to better decision-making and process improvements. You analyze performance, signal deviations, and identify opportunities to further optimize efficiency and results within Transport Solutions.

In doing so, you act as the connecting link between finance, operations, and management. You translate analyses into concrete recommendations, guide improvement initiatives, and ensure that insights are converted into actions with demonstrable impact on the organization. You achieve this by:

• monitoring and analyzing financial KPIs and performance using dashboards and management reports;
• developing, optimizing, and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel to make management information transparent;
• advising operations and management based on data analyses and supporting monthly business reviews with substantiated insights and improvement proposals.
