Travel Consultant Internship

You are studying leisure or tourism management and are eager to take your first steps within the travel industry. Composing trips is your great passion and you cannot wait to advise our customers and help them plan their dream holiday! 🌍

What will you be doing?
Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our customers find the holiday of their dreams. You discover what their wishes are and think along with them. You ensure a smile from the moment the first holiday idea is discussed until the moment they look back at the photos at home!

• You welcome guests with a smile and ensure they end up with the right colleague, or of course, you help them yourself!

• You listen carefully to the customer's wishes and collect all important information so that you can compose their ideal trip together;

• Whether it is face-to-face, by email, or by telephone, you answer all customer questions with enthusiasm;

• Together with your colleagues, you compose the perfect trip and keep the customer informed. You provide the customer with advice where necessary and adjust the trip where necessary to their personal wishes;

• You build your own customer base and follow the progress of their bookings, so you always know the status of every customer's dream trip!

• You are following an mbo education, preferably in a tourism direction;

• A flexible, eager-to-learn, and customer-oriented attitude;

• Naturally commercially minded;

• You get energy from happy customers and have the ambition to become a world travel advisor.
