Your contribution
As a Sales Support & Backoffice intern, you will be a supporting force in our team and help with handling customer inquiries and bookings via email and telephone. You will learn to advise customers on the offerings of By June and gain knowledge about extra options, such as luggage, child seats, etc. In the event of changes to a booking, you will communicate this to the customer and ensure they still look forward to a carefree holiday. Together with your team, you will work on providing the best possible customer experience.

• Answering customer inquiries via telephone and email;

• Advising customers on destinations, accommodations, and car rentals;

• Processing bookings;

• Implementing changes to existing bookings, including last-minute adjustments or flight delays;

• Thinking along about alternatives in unforeseen circumstances;

• Supporting the collection of feedback after holidays have concluded;

• Supporting the resolution of complaints and contributing to a positive customer experience.
