What we're looking for

Experience in the travel industry is a plus;
Planning, organizing, and maintaining an overview is something you do better than anyone. The perfectionist in you loves this structure and therefore knows exactly where the priorities lie;
You are creative and commercially minded and naturally know how to enthuse customers;
You are eager to learn and like to stay up to date on all new trends;
You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages. Do you also speak a little German? That is a plus;
You know how to find your way well and quickly in various systems.

The role

Will you become our new Group Travel Specialist? You will work on transforming customer wishes into great travel proposals and you will be given all the space to grow in this role. Together with experienced colleagues, you will make every group trip a success!

What you'll do

You are the primary contact point for groups and incentives and, as such, the visiting card of our company. By listening carefully to the customer's wishes, you know exactly what is needed to compose the perfect trip - from the first contact until long after their return home;
You organize trips from A to Z. Group travel requires tight planning and a sharp eye. You switch effortlessly between customer, airline, hotel, transfer, and excursion partner to arrange everything to perfection;
You effortlessly translate the customer's wish into an irresistible travel proposal;
You know how to strike the right chord with suppliers and ensure the best conditions and prices. You are an expert at negotiating;
You maintain an overview, work accurately, and leave nothing to chance. You are the one who ensures that everything is correct, down to the smallest detail;
You seek connection with your colleagues, think along about commercial opportunities, and help colleagues in the stores to convert leads into bookings.
