You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking. A diploma is not required for this. We will assess this through an assessment.

You switch effortlessly between quotation, planning, and settlement, and know how to turn every logistical challenge into a smart, profitable solution. In the bustling Customer Service team, you ensure satisfied customers who recommend DFDS with conviction. Ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? What you'll do

You are the first point of contact for customers and their logistical challenges
You coordinate the entire logistical process
You maintain the relationship and contact with existing customers, including French-speaking customers
You ensure a sustainable, continuous customer relationship
You quote offers and follow them up
You organize additional work and monitor the associated costs
You initiate and proactively collaborate on solutions for customers
You ensure both horizontal and vertical development of your customer portfolio
You ensure the necessary information is obtained from the operational department
You represent both the interests of DFDS and the customer and strive for win/win situations

What are we looking for?

Excellent command of the Dutch, English and French language. German is a plus.
Affinity with exceptional transport.
