(Senior) Consultant Coaching OpEx - Public Operations

• You have completed a Master's degree in, for example, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, or a similar field.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience within Operational Excellence, Lean, continuous improvement, or process management, preferably in consultancy.
• You have experience with coaching, facilitating workshops, change management, and guiding improvement trajectories, preferably in the public sector.
• You are a strong communicative connector who knows how to inspire people and get them moving.

• A suitable salary for your role and responsibility, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus, a good pension. Good for the future. In addition to your salary, you will also receive holiday allowance and an annual bonus (depending on results and development).
• You will receive a contract for 32-40 hours per week
• A laptop and phone that you may also use privately and a monthly internet allowance.

As a (Senior) Consultant Coaching OpEx, you guide public organizations in improving their way of working. You facilitate workshops, coach teams and managers, and support improvement initiatives in the areas of Operational Excellence, Lean, and continuous improvement. You help organizations build improvement capabilities, strengthen ownership, and develop a data-driven improvement culture. In doing so, you combine substantive knowledge of process improvement with strong coaching and change management skills to achieve sustainable results.

Public organizations face the challenge of continuously improving their service delivery in an environment of increasing expectations, limited resources, and complex processes. As a (Senior) Consultant Coaching OpEx, you help public organizations develop a culture of continuous improvement and sustainably strengthen operational performance. You guide teams, managers, and professionals in applying Operational Excellence principles. By connecting people, processes, and performance, you help organizations work more efficiently and achieve lasting improvements.
