You have a Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Human Resource Management or a similar field;
You have at least 8 years of relevant experience, for example as a senior HR advisor, HR manager, or People Partner;
You have good knowledge of labor law and experience with complex change processes; experience in logistics or a similar operational environment is a plus;
You are result-oriented, digitally skilled, and business-minded: you connect data and people work purposefully;
You have an excellent command of Dutch and English.
A suitable salary (€ 4,911 to € 6,813 gross per month), 30 vacation days (based on full-time), 8% holiday allowance, a holiday bonus of € 550 gross, travel allowance, and a good pension scheme;
Room to take initiative: a challenging position with a lot of independence, responsibility, and personal initiative, within a growing and informal organization with ambitious goals;
Hybrid working with Barneveld as your fixed base — including a home office allowance — and the Den Hartogh Academy with more than 500 training courses to develop you personally and professionally;
An international, yet familial working environment, with engaged colleagues and a staff association that regularly organizes outings;
Caring for one another: a pleasant working atmosphere, a caring budget, a lease bike scheme, and access to Benefits at Work with attractive discounts.
Every day, Den Hartogh Liquid Food safely transports fruit juices, vegetable oils, chocolate, and other liquid foods throughout Europe. You are building the organization in which the people behind those achievements can grow, collaborate, and make a difference every day.
As HR Business Partner for Liquid Food, you are more than an executor: you help build. As a member of the MT, you help direct the growth of Liquid Food and translate ambitions into strong teams, clear choices, and leadership that creates movement. With the People & Culture Roadmap 2026-2030 as your compass, you bring that ambition to life in Barneveld: the right skills in the right place, at the right time.
Business partnering & advisory: you guide changes within Liquid Food and advise the MT on organizational design, leadership, and team effectiveness; you coach leaders, stimulate ownership and collaboration, and make One Den Hartogh visible in practice;
People processes that work: you safeguard the basics—talent development, performance management, succession planning, recruitment, and onboarding—and shape these "Moments that Matter" yourself;
First point of contact: for managers, you are the first point of contact; you direct operational questions purposefully to People Operations;
International themes: you help build international People & Culture themes within the Den Hartogh Group and serve as a sounding board for our foreign Liquid Food locations.
Do you want to build strong leaders, teams, and an organization that is ready for the future, and does the combination of strategy, practice, and international collaboration appeal to you? Then apply via the application button. The procedure:
Telephone introduction with our recruiter;
First interview with a People Partner and the Regional People & Culture Manager;
Second interview with the BU Director Liquid Food.
Any questions? Contact Angel Micheal Alemawor, interim corporate recruiter, via +31 6 11804991 or Aalemawor@denhartogh.com.
As the sole People & Culture Partner for the BU Liquid Food, you will be given all the space to determine your approach and set the direction, with the corresponding responsibility: the MT and the organization rely on your advice, initiative, and impact. At the same time, you are part of a close-knit, international People & Culture team of thirty colleagues (fifteen in the Netherlands). You report to the Regional People & Culture Manager and work closely with colleagues at home and abroad on group themes.
From Rotterdam, colleagues support you with administration, payroll, absenteeism, and recruitment, so that you can focus on where you add the most value: as a solid business partner for leaders and teams. Approximately 90% of your attention lies with the Dutch Business Unit; additionally, you serve as a sounding board for the Liquid Food locations in Poland, England, Hungary, and Bulgaria.
