What you'll get

As a Senior Assistant, you are the linchpin within both practices. In addition, we offer:

  • A challenging position for preferably five days per week (37.5 hours).

The role

This concerns the role of Senior Assistant to support a partner in our Competition & Regulation practice and the posting, filing, and project work of the Regulation practice group. This is a hands-on position in the heart of one of the firm's most active practice groups, where your contribution is visible every day. You will ensure that the daily operations of a busy and dynamic practice run smoothly and will independently take charge of the administrative side of the practice.

What you'll do

  • Providing administrative and financial support to the practice.
  • Contributing to an efficient and well-organized working environment and actively identifying and implementing improvements in administrative processes.

You are a proactive and organized support professional who enjoys working in a collegial environment. You get energy from creating structure and overview, move effortlessly in an environment that values efficiency, and know how to actively further improve processes. You switch quickly between tasks, have a hands-on attitude, and a good eye for detail. You communicate easily with lawyers and colleagues from other teams, such as Finance, Billing, and ICT, and represent De Brauw in a strong and professional manner towards clients and external relationships.
