What we're looking for

Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with at least four years of relevant work experience within the legal profession, and in particular an interest in and experience in the field of litigation. You have a passion for competition law, possess excellent legal (procedural) skills, are proactive, are a team player, and know how to be persuasive. You are client-oriented and entrepreneurial and possess excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages.

The role

Stibbe is looking for an experienced lawyer in Competition Law & Regulated Markets to start immediately!

The practice group
Competition Law & Regulated Markets offers a challenging and stimulating work environment for ambitious and driven lawyers who enjoy working in a team. Our team consists of three partners and around fifteen employees. As an employee, you will be part of a leading, international practice covering the full breadth of competition law and European law. You will provide technically and strategically high-quality advice on complex national and cross-border issues in the field of EU and competition law (including cartels, abuse of dominant position, merger control, FSR and FDI) with the best possible result for our clients. Our practice group specifically handles many conduct cases, in which it assists clients in investigations by the ACM and the European Commission and during (administrative) proceedings before the Dutch and European courts. Additionally, working with integrated teams alongside the Litigation practice group, we handle large and central civil (mass tort) cases (both follow-on and stand-alone).
