Are you ready to go with the flow?

As the newest addition to our Development Team, you will work on an engineering project that will make our product more accessible. There is even a high chance that your code will be used by our customers and perhaps even by your fellow students!

Responsibilities that could fall within the scope of your internship are focused on coding and QA.

In performing your responsibilities, you will work closely with both our customer support colleagues and the engineers during this internship. This way, you will not only get to know the ins and outs of our cool product, but you will also help build our growing organization!

Think of tasks such as;

➡️ Investigating and resolving bugs

➡️ Working on a project such as developing the Docflow component library, the admin dashboard, or writing tests

➡️ Contributing to the sprint by picking up tickets

➡️ Manually testing new product features before they reach the customer

➡️ Answering customer questions in a timely and accurate manner

➡️ Following up with customers to ensure their technical problems are resolved

Should you want to take on something outside of the above task package (for example, leading a sprint once), we are completely open to this. Preferred Qualifications 🏃‍♀️

• You are currently pursuing a HBO/WO degree or have recently graduated
• You have a technical and problem-solving mindset
• You have experience with one or more frontend frameworks, preferably React;

• You have experience with Javascript (preferably Typescript)

• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages
• You are available full-time from September 2023 for at least 4 months
• A very large plus is having knowledge of testing with Cypress
• Another very large plus is having knowledge of using Redux
• You understand how CRM systems work or have support experience
• You are familiar with the tech industry or have worked in startups before

As a Development Intern, you are the link between our Product and Development teams. It is a unique position and offers you the opportunity to learn from our colleagues in Sales, Product Design, and Development.
