Account Manager Horeca (Musketeer) - Apeldoorn/Zwolle/Enschede region

Does the bar staff in the entire city know you by name and do you know almost all the hospitality venues in Enschede, Hengelo, and Apeldoorn? Are you a social, enthusiastic, ambitious chameleon? Then you might just be our new Musketeer!

Within Red Bull, we are looking for a new Musketeer: an account manager 2.0 for the top of the Dutch hospitality industry in the area of Apeldoorn, Zwolle, Deventer to Enschede. Someone who truly thinks along with the customer, is creative, and loves building relationships with clients. As a Musketeer, you ensure the availability and visibility of Red Bull through, among other things, Point-of-Sale materials. You act fast! And the combination of entrepreneurship, relationship management, sales, and marketing ensures continuous volume growth. 

You are the type who spots opportunities and trends long before anyone else has seen them. At the same time, you respond to clear KPIs and targets. You derive energy from achieving and exceeding results and feel ownership over your performance. You win through strong partnerships and through hard numbers. You build strong long-term relationships, have good negotiation skills, and are able to think outside the box. Or outside the can. Whatever works for you...

You know your region through and through: you know where things are happening, who the decision-makers are, and which concepts are emerging. Based on the Red Bull product and activation strategy, you ensure optimal availability, visibility, and rotation within your accounts. Visibility and availability of Red Bull in the hospitality venues in your region is your very first and most important task. How you do that? That is up to you. You get an incredible amount of freedom, and as long as your pitch is strong enough, we want to give wings to all your ideas. Your creative input therefore goes further than just plugging in a fridge, left or right. Do you have ideas for events, kick-ass POS, smart menus, or a shift in product focus? In consultation with, among others, the Marketing On Premise manager, a lot is possible! Together, we do everything we can to help the hospitality entrepreneur sell Red Bull.

You convincingly convey your hospitality knowledge in combination with Red Bull culture and branding ideas to your customers. You do this in every contact you have. And from daytime visits to night time visits. Because yes, visiting your customers in the evening, when it's really happening, is part of your job. A dream job.

We said it before: you help the hospitality entrepreneur sell as much Red Bull as possible. To achieve this, it is important that you position yourself as a credible sparring partner. Ensure that you know exactly what is happening in your region and who is affiliated with what. Be proactive. Listen carefully. Offer suitable solutions for the challenges entrepreneurs face, so that Red Bull is present at exactly the right places and moments. Within the Musketeer role, you are on the road 4 days a week in your own region and work 1 day a week at the head office in Amsterdam for administrative and planning tasks.

We don't just want the visibility and availability of Red Bull to keep growing. We also find your personal and professional growth important! Within Red Bull, the Musketeers are therefore part of the Sales Academy. Through collective and individual training, in combination with field coaching, you will be trained to grow into the most successful Musketeer there is.

0-4 years of work experience within the hospitality industry 

Completed HBO (Higher Professional Education) and/or WO (University) degree

Flexible (also - or perhaps even: specifically - in the evenings and weekends)

An entrepreneurial character, result-oriented, independent, plenty of energy, and excellent social skills

You have a driver's license (B) and live in Apeldoorn, Hengelo, or Enschede

Fluent in Dutch and English
