As Store Manager, you hold ultimate responsibility for our successful store in Eindhoven. A strong and standing team of approximately 25 people is ready for you. Together with your Assistant Store Manager, you will focus on their coaching and development. And of course, on making very happy customers and thereby achieving good commercial results. Together with the Regional Manager, you will set the goals for your store and, together with your team, you will get to work on them.

• Run the store in Eindhoven and lead the team together with the Assistant Store Manager.
• Make your team a little better every day. Together with the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and your Regional Manager.
• Dive deep into your store's metrics and proactively make improvement proposals. 
• Use your commercial insight to use data to visualize what can be improved.
