HR Advisor Coolbluebezorgt

As an HR Advisor for CoolblueBezorgt, you play a crucial role in supporting and advising managers and employees within CoolblueBezorgt at our depots in the center and east of the country. You are the link between our Coolblue'ers and management, and you ensure that HR processes run smoothly. As an HR Advisor at CoolblueBezorgt, you will contribute to keeping our delivery drivers healthy and happy, help implement the provider arc, and onboard new team leaders in the field of HR.

Together with 4 other HR advisors, you are responsible for all absenteeism guidance and HR advisory issues in the Netherlands. As a result, you work together with colleagues from various disciplines and levels. As an HR Advisor, you are an important link and process guardian, contributing to the success of CoolblueBezorgt.

• HBO thinking/working level, towards HRM / case management
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as an HR advisor or as an absenteeism guide or specialist
• Experience in guiding employees under the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter (Gatekeeper Improvement Act) in both track 1 and track 2. Conducting absenteeism interviews is not new to you.
• Up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations regarding labor law and social security law.
• You see opportunities and tackle them directly.
• You are curious, entrepreneurial, and ask probing questions.

As an HR Advisor at CoolblueBezorgt, you are the most important link in supporting and advising managers on HR issues, with a strong focus on absenteeism management and sustainable employability. You primarily work from our depot on location, but you also enjoy taking a trip further into the country.
