HR Advisor

As HR Advisor CoolblueBezorgt, you play a crucial role in supporting and advising managers and employees within CoolblueBezorgt at our Depot. You are the link between our Coolblue'ers and management, and you ensure that HR processes run smoothly. As an HR Advisor at CoolblueBezorgt, you will contribute to designing and delivering HR training, help with implementing providerboog, and work on creating a new onboarding program.

The CoolblueBezorgt team is a dynamic and driven group of professionals dedicated to the growth and development of the company. You will work together with colleagues from various disciplines and levels. As an HR Advisor, you are an important link in this team and contribute to the success of CoolblueBezorgt.

• HBO level of thinking/working, towards HRM / case management
• At least 2 years of relevant experience as an HR advisor
• Up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations regarding labor law and social security law
• You see opportunities and tackle them immediately
• You find wearing your work shoes more enjoyable than sitting behind your computer.
• You are curious, entrepreneurial, and ask probing questions.

As HR Advisor at CoolblueBezorgt, you are the most important link in supporting and advising managers on HR issues, with a strong focus on absenteeism management and sustainable employability.
