Stage: Learning & Development

At Binnen Centric, we continuously invest in the development of our employees. Various learning paths have already been developed for our Field Service Engineers (FSE), including the retail welcome learning path and the learning path for FSE 1. The next step is the further elaboration and enrichment of the development paths for FSE 2 through 5. Additionally, the existing learning path for FSE 1 will be reviewed and updated so that it remains aligned with current practice and developments within the field.

As an intern, you will get the chance to make an important contribution to the training house of Centric Academy. You will work on developing practical and directly applicable learning trajectories that enable engineers to develop to the next level within their field.

During this internship, you will work on the further development of the learning paths for our Field Service Engineers (FSE 2 through 5). While the learning path for FSE 1 is already available, for the other levels you will investigate which knowledge, skills, tasks, and responsibilities are central. For this, you will work together with various stakeholders within the organization and with engineers from the field. You will translate the information gathered into practical learning trajectories and training modules that support engineers in their development. Additionally, you will help with updating and enriching the existing FSE 1 learning path.

You will develop concrete learning content that supports engineers in their daily work and professional growth. Think of setting up training modules in which theory and practice come together, elaborating testing and evaluation moments, and shaping clear development and career progression paths.

Additionally, you will work closely with engineers from the field to develop workshops that align with daily activities. By conducting conversations with subject matter experts, you will gain insight into what is needed to be successful at every job level and translate this knowledge into a practical training program that is directly applicable within the operation. During the internship, you will have plenty of room to think along about the design of the training house within Centric Academy and will make a visible contribution to the development of our technical professionals.

• You are studying Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration, Pedagogical Sciences, Creative Business, Communication, or something similar

• You have a strong interest in how people learn and develop within their jobs

• You have an affinity with online tools that can be used for online training (video editing, Canva, Synthesia, etc.)

• You work in a structured manner

• You have a good command of the Dutch language
