Requirements

What we're looking for

Education level: MBO+ (level 4) or HBO working and thinking level.
Languages: Excellent command of the Dutch language (C2) and good command of English (B2).
Affinity: Demonstrable affinity with conversational AI, chatbots, generative AI, and IT systems (quickly learning new AI tools).
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, eye for detail, and structured working.
Presence: Willing to work at least 1 day per week in the office in Zoetermeer.
Pluses: Experience with chatbot environments, conversational design, content management, writing, or process optimization is a plus.

Do you want to work with AI and contribute to smart solutions for Samsung? As an AI Solutions Designer, you will work on the Samsung project on the chatbot and various new AI projects. You will get the chance to build and optimize AI solutions and discover how the latest AI developments (such as Generative AI) can be applied directly to increase customer experience and operational efficiency. We are looking for a Medior enthusiastic AI Solutions Designer to join our team!

What you'll do

As a Medior AI Solutions Designer, you are responsible for designing, maintaining, and continuously improving Samsung's conversational and AI solutions. You will work closely with the AI Solutions team, Quality, Samsung, and external partners.

Build & Optimize: You design, build, and improve chatbot conversation flows, intents, and troubleshoot.
Monitor & Analyze: You monitor conversations and system performance and use these insights to resolve bottlenecks and make the AI increasingly better.
AI Training & Knowledgebase: You collect training data, help train the AI further, and support the structuring of the Knowledgebase.
Prompt Engineering & Innovation: You apply prompt engineering where necessary and test/implement new AI tools and applications.
Stakeholder Management: You share your findings and improvement proposals with the client and ensure that solutions align with operational needs.

You are curious, eager to learn, and have a strong affinity for AI and technology. You combine an analytical eye with a practical hands-on mentality, work accurately, and get energy from solving complex problems.
