In this role, you are responsible for the correct and efficient execution of pension and insurance administration. You process changes, monitor data quality, and support employees with complex issues. Additionally, you work closely with pension providers, insurers, and internal stakeholders, and you actively contribute to improving processes and services.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Managing correct pension and insurance administration, including processing changes, checks, and data exchange with external parties.
• Managing and optimizing administrative processes, work instructions, and supporting tools.
• Identifying and implementing improvements that contribute to efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
• Answering complex questions and handling escalations from employees and stakeholders.
• Supporting audits and maintaining contacts with pension providers, insurers, and other external parties.
• Organizing information sessions and providing information about pension and insurance schemes.
• Ensuring careful handling of personal data and the timely realization of agreed services.

You work within HR Operations and, in this role, have a lot of contact with HR, Finance, managers, employees, suppliers, and offshore teams.

You will join a versatile and engaged team of colleagues with diverse areas of expertise, ages, and backgrounds within HR Operations. Together, we ensure excellent HR services.

We work hybrid and meet regularly, usually two days per week, at the office. This allows us to combine flexibility with a strong team spirit and short lines of communication.
