As an HR Benefits Specialist, you are the local specialist for processes and questions regarding secondary benefits. You provide Tier 2 support for tasks that require local knowledge or execution and work closely with HR, Finance, managers, employees, and offshore teams. With your advice, diligence, and improvement-oriented approach, you contribute to reliable and efficient HR services.

• You are the point of contact for complex questions about secondary benefits and explain local HR policies and procedures clearly.
• You execute country-specific processes that fall outside the scope of offshore teams, such as the buying and selling of leave, flexible benefits within Capgemini, and the personal budget within Sogeti.
• You handle inquiries and escalations via telephone, live chat, email, and the case management system, within the agreed project deadlines.
• You build effective relationships with suppliers and collaborate with, among others, managers, Payroll Services, HR Business Partners, Workplace Solution Specialists, and Centers of Competence.
• You monitor quality, accuracy, and timeliness, support internal audits, and keep work instructions, process documentation, and knowledge base articles up to date.
• You identify opportunities for improvement, propose practical solutions, and help to design processes more smartly and efficiently.

Hours: 32 - 40

Location: Utrecht

• You have strong process knowledge and experience with the administration of secondary benefits and personnel data, preferably within HR Shared Services.
• You have experience with individual files, complex questions, and escalations, and can handle confidential and sensitive information with care.
• You communicate clearly and work effectively with stakeholders at various levels, suppliers, and offshore teams.
• You work accurately and organized, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment; experience with HRIS systems and relevant business applications is important.
• You are proactive, service-oriented, and pragmatic, and are open to learning and applying new technologies, such as AI, to strengthen your HR expertise and tasks.
