As a Business Analyst Retail & Supply Chain at Capgemini, you help large retailers with their strategic and operational challenges. You work at the intersection of business, processes, and technology, translating customer questions into smart, future-proof solutions.

Together with a team of digital-first consultants, you ensure that retailers are ready for the continuous flow of market developments and changing customer expectations. You bring structure, insight, and direction—and ensure that innovations actually land within the organization.

You play a key role in projects such as:

• Designing omnichannel customer journeys and translating these into concrete (IT) solutions.
• Optimizing supply chain processes by making use of data, process modeling, and digital technology.
• Improving store processes with innovative tooling, workforce management, and employee experience solutions.
• Analyzing commercial processes such as assortment, pricing, promotions, and space management.
• Setting up and safeguarding master data to make retailers data-driven and AI-enabled.

In short: you analyze, model, define requirements, and guide implementations.

By now, you have made your mark as a professional and are also able to take on a steering role in the projects you work on. Additionally, you coach junior and medior colleagues and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within our community.

Because you will be working as a consultant, you will get the opportunity to see different organizations from the inside. Your assignments vary in content and duration.

You are an analytically and communicatively strong consultant who gets energy from working in and for retail organizations. You understand how retailers think, where their challenges lie, and how technology helps to make processes smarter.

We become enthusiastic if you:

• Speak and write Dutch fluently.
• Have completed a HBO or WO education, for example in retail, (technical) business administration, computer science, marketing, or business information technology.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in or with the retail sector.
• Have knowledge of HR, space management, price & promo, or other commercial processes (plus).
• Have a good retail network (plus).
• Have a strong interest in digital transformations within retail.
• Can make clear analyses and convincingly bring stakeholders along - in Dutch and English.
• Have experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, or Salesforce (plus).
