Junior Estimator

Are you interested in estimating, preparing budgets, and determining cost prices? And do you get excited about searching for smart and efficient solutions? Then this position is for you.

As a Junior Estimator Window Frames, you translate specifications and requests into suitable and competitive quotes. You will be involved in setting up and developing cost estimates and calculations for both new construction and renovation projects. These projects are largely provided via digital platforms, where all relevant project information is available.

You work with the estimation program Matrix Kozijn. Do you not have experience with this yet? No problem: we will ensure that you master this program quickly. Additionally, you will make use of our ERP system Proteus.

You support the preparation of professional quotes and work closely with clients and suppliers to arrive at sharp offers. Along the way, you will learn to recognize opportunities for simplification and optimization of the construction process and advise clients on this.

In addition to preparing quotes, you play an important role in monitoring project costs. You perform post-calculations to assess whether projects were realized within budget. These analyses provide insight into financial performance and offer starting points for process improvements within future projects.

We are looking for a driven team player who enjoys working with numbers, is accurate, and takes pleasure in preparing quotes. Something for you if you...

• have completed an mbo-4 education in civil engineering or a technical direction;

• work in a result-oriented manner and have an eye for quality and safety;

• have strong communicative, commercial, and administrative skills;

• have experience with MS Office (Word and Excel); experience with Matrix Kozijn and an ERP system is a plus.
