Fresh Commercial Specialist

• Money, of course. Between €3,500 and €4,670 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week; the grading depends on knowledge and experience).

You know the world of meat, fish, or poultry AND you know how to sell products. As a Fresh Commercial Specialist at Bidfood, you combine your product knowledge with commercial insight. Our account managers put you in contact with catering entrepreneurs; you see where the opportunities lie and know how to convert them into sales. You will receive a lot of freedom, will be on the road regularly, and will take the initiative yourself to further grow our fresh turnover.

In this role, you will work as a fresh commercial specialist. What is important in this regard is that:

• You advise catering entrepreneurs on meat, fish, and poultry. You know the products, understand what a customer needs, and know how to find a suitable offering for that.

• You discover and create commercial opportunities. You look beyond what a customer is already ordering and know how to convert new needs into extra sales.

• You work closely with our account managers. They bring you to the table with the right customers, after which you make the difference with your product knowledge and commercial skills.

• You represent Bidfood at customers, trade fairs, and events. You share your knowledge, build relationships, and show what our fresh assortment has to offer.

Ultimately, you ensure that catering entrepreneurs get more out of our fresh assortment, account managers become stronger in the sale of fresh products, and our turnover in meat, fish, and poultry grows. And with that, you make the difference in foodservice.
