You build practical AI solutions and smart workflows that run directly on our commercial data. Using your technical knowledge, you develop effective internal tools that enable our account managers to work faster, smarter, and with the right insights.

• Understanding commercial opportunities and data: You spar directly with account managers about their client portfolios and market developments. You translate commercial questions into clear data streams and design analyses that make sales opportunities immediately visible.

• Building practical AI solutions: You deploy multi-agent systems, LLM integrations, and targeted prompt engineering to eliminate repetitive search work. You test prototypes directly in practice, so the sales team can act faster and more purposefully.

• Reliable integration and safeguarding: You seamlessly connect new data and AI applications to our CRM and ERP systems. You monitor data quality, safeguard privacy according to GDPR guidelines, and continuously test outcomes for reliability.

Our account managers focus entirely on the hospitality industry and their relationships. You provide smart support that enables them to achieve more results with the client immediately. A solution only has true value if it directly supports them in their daily work. The success of your work, therefore, lies in translating data and AI into down-to-earth applications.

• Thinking level: A HBO or WO working and thinking level in an analytical, technical, or business administration direction.

• AI experience: Demonstrable experience with deploying AI agents, prompt engineering, and LLM applications in a professional work environment.

• Data-driven: Experience with data analysis, SQL, Python, and modern analysis tools such as Looker..

• Communicative: You speak and write Dutch well (near native) and explain technical choices in clear, straightforward language to colleagues without an IT background.

• Team player: You contribute to a positive working atmosphere and an open, collegial culture in which collaboration is central.
