As part of the Dutch Engineering team, you will work closely with colleagues in Brussels. Here, the role of design coordinator plays a crucial role: you combine technical expertise with practical applicability and develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. The duties of a civil design coordinator include both advisory and execution, from tender to completion, with an emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and risk management.

Our engineers create integral solutions for technical challenges using 3D and 4D models, ensuring that design and execution align optimally. As a Civil Design Lead, you will work intensively with project managers and engineers to realize future-proof projects.

Are you the organizational hub of the design team? We are looking for an experienced design coordinator who can bring calm and structure to complex projects. As a civil design coordinator, you provide direction to infrastructural designs and guide the team of engineers from concept to execution.

Your challenge:

You bring calm and structure to the design process and ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done. You monitor progress, keep a sharp eye on quality, and ensure a smooth process. Additionally, as a civil design coordinator, you provide direction to complex infrastructural projects and work closely with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines.

• Performing tasks as expected of a design coordinator

You are flexible, practical, and result-oriented. You bring structure to complex processes. You maintain an overview, switch gears quickly, and ensure that the design team can deliver what is required – on time and with quality.
