High-end clinic seeks experienced ENT surgeon for aesthetic nasal surgeries
Are you an experienced ENT surgeon who stands for top quality, integrity, and collaboration? At Bey by Bergman Clinics, the aesthetic division of Bergman Clinics, we work exclusively with professionals who want and can make a difference. Due to expansion, there is space for an independent ENT surgeon. We offer the space and facilities that match the leading focus clinic within the Netherlands.

As an ENT surgeon at Bey by Bergman Clinics, you are responsible for aesthetic nasal corrections. You work independently, but also collaborate closely in a professional team with your own consultants, anesthesiologists, OR assistants, and other medical specialists, such as ENT surgeons and Plastic surgeons. You are involved in the entire treatment process: from consultation and surgery to aftercare and innovation.
You hold your consultations at the various outpatient locations of Bey by Bergman Clinics and perform your surgeries in our high-end OR complex in Hilversum.

• You perform high-quality aesthetic nasal surgeries;

• You further expand your expertise and areas of focus within a stimulating working environment;

• You guide clients from the first consultation to aftercare and are decisive for their experience and result;

• You deliver an active contribution to the development of treatment possibilities and quality improvement;

• You work together with colleagues in the clinic, including nurses, anesthesiologists, and support teams;

• You think along about process optimization and innovation in care;

You are a driven ENT surgeon who strives for the highest quality and excellent client experience. You are entrepreneurial, innovative, and know what is needed to further grow a high-end practice.

Furthermore, you have;

• A completed specialization in ENT (RGS and BIG registered);

• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in the ENT field with specific training in aesthetic nasal corrections. Membership of the Dutch Association of Otolaryngology (NVKNO);

• Availability of at least 2 days per week;

• Excellent communication skills and sincere commitment to clients;

• Team orientation - you run your own practice, but also work together with other ENT surgeons and plastic surgeons. Together, you raise the group to a higher level and ensure continuity of care;

• Willingness to contribute to marketing and the visibility of your expertise within the division.
